"Super easy to get the hang of"
I’m not the best at editing videos, so I was expecting to get frustrated quickly. But Movavi was surprisingly simple to figure out. I was able to trim clips, add music, and export everything without sitting there for hours trying to understand where everything was.
It’s great for quick videos and doesn’t feel overwhelming like a few other programs I’ve tried. I finished my first video the same day, which felt like a small win for me. I was genuinely relieved and happy with how it turned out...

"The templates saved me so much time"
I didn’t expect the templates to make such a big difference, but they really did. The presets were easy to use, everything felt simple to customize, and I was able to put my video together way faster than usual. It took a lot of stress out of the process, and by the end I just felt really relieved and happy with how it turned out.

"Helpful tutorials, just wish I found them sooner"
Their guides made video editing way less confusing for me, and I actually picked things up fast. my only issue was bad timing on my part, I found them after I’d already wasted a bunch of time trying to figure everything out myself.

I downloaded Movavi from the site expecting the usual installation drama, but nothing exploded. The setup was quick, clear, and painless, just a few “next” clicks and suddenly it was done.
When I opened it after installing, it actually launched without a fight, which felt like a small miracle. I put in my license, it accepted it on the first try, and there was no annoying restart or mysterious settings maze to survive.
The whole thing only took a few minutes, so my grand battle with software installation ended before it even began. Smooth start, and I’m happy with it so far.

"Export turned out really nice..."
The exports have been coming out clean every time I use it. It just looks polished without me having to mess with much, which is nice...

"Ended up editing way more than I planned"
This thing has way more editing tools than I expected. There’s a lot to tweak and it all works smoothly. I kind of blame it for making me spend extra time messing with every little detail, but that’s not exactly a bad problem to have.

"Handled way more file types than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting Movavi to be this flexible with my random mix of video files. I’ve got old phone clips, MP4s, MOVs, and a few weird camera files that usually give me trouble, but they all opened without a fuss. I figured I’d have to convert at least some of them first, so it was a nice surprise and saved me a bunch of time.

"Support sorted it out, but I hate waiting"
I ran into an activation issue with Movavi after switching to a new laptop, i was already getting annoyed because I expected the whole thing to turn into one of those long back-and-forth support situations.
I messaged support and, while I was a bit frustrated having to wait at all, they actually replied faster than I thought they would. They just asked for my order email and sent over clear steps that were easy to follow.
Everything was working again the same day, and they even followed up afterward to make sure it was fixed. The waiting part still bugged me a little, but overall the support was solid and stress-free. 5 stars from me.

"Shockingly, it just works"
I’ve been using Movavi for a while now, it’s been stable. No random crashes in the middle of longer videos, which is apparently a luxury with some editors. It opens quickly, saves without drama, and doesn’t freeze every five minutes just to keep things exciting. It just does the job, and I’m very much okay with that.

"Pretty solid subtitle tools overall"
I’ve been using the subtitle and text editing tools, and they’re easy to figure out. Everything works fine for what I need. I do wish the font spacing controls were a little clearer, but it’s not a huge issue once you get used to it.

"Made the audio cleanup painless"
I ended up using Movavi to clean up the sound on a few short videos I had, and it was easier than I expected. The noise removal worked well enough for what I needed, and trimming out a couple awkward bits didn’t take much time. I’m not someone who really knows audio editing, so it was nice not having to figure out a whole complicated setup first. There were a few things I kind of just clicked through, but overall I was happy with how it turned out.

I like the effects a lot, and the transitions are smooth to use. I was just messing around with it for a bit, kind of jumping from one thing to another, and everything looked good without much effort.

I wasn’t totally sure how Movavi would run on my old laptop, but it’s been fine so far. It doesn’t really slow things down much, even when I’ve got a few other apps open. Exporting does make the fan kick in a bit, which I guess is normal, but overall it feels smooth to me

"Refund was sorted out really quickly"
I accidentally bought the wrong Movavi product and had to ask for a refund. I thought it might turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but support got back to me fast and took care of it without making it complicated. The money was back in my account a few days later, which is how it should be, right? Overall, I was happy with how easy it was.

"Support replied quicker than I expected"
I had a small issue with my license, nothing huge, but you know how those little things can get annoying when you just want to get on with whatever you were doing. I reached out to support and they got back to me fast. They explained the steps clearly, I tried them, and it worked. it was just nice not having to sit around for days wondering if anyone was going to reply.

Hello, i am taking a multimedia class in school this year and was curious on how movavi functions compared to imovie? the computer lab only uses mac and i have a pc. i searched on google asking what a pc version of imovie was and movavi was the first to pop up on the search results. any idea of to which program i should really be using ? i am unable to purchase software as of right now also thank you!
